About the team
Broadstreet Under 13’s is a dynamic, successful team that welcomes new players. We are an established side and try to play against high-quality opposition, home and away. We are able to field both a Full side and Development side.
We pride ourselves on upholding the core values of rugby: Sportsmanship, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Teamwork.
We train 6:30pm on a Friday night on Pitch 2 under floodlights and play matches on Sunday Mornings with kick off normally between 10am-11am (if there is no match we train again).
Based on development, safety, and enjoyment we ensure that all players receive game time.
We have a team of experienced and qualified coaches who are both DBS registered and First Aid Trained, this ensure that every player receives the support and training in order to progress their skill set and ability.
At Age Grade U13's we start to incorporate much of the key skills and laws of the full game, below is a snapshot of this:

We also promote and encourage the social aspect of the “The Street”, involving parents and guardians in events and social occasions, creating a true community and family atmosphere. Touring is also important to our side.
